We commissioned Isabella Tustanovska to do a complete rebrand for the Just Good Work brand in 2020. She incorporated feedback from across our team on the key values, personality and ambitions of Just Good Work to create a confident, optimistic brand identity that sets itself apart from others within the worker engagement platform space. Isabella proceeded to roll out the new Just Good Work brand to create a new website and range of digital and print materials for multiple audiences in over 10 languages, taking into account the cultural sensitivities and small variations associated with marketing to distinct cultures as well as to a broader international client base. At every stage in the process, Isabella presented a generous range of concepts and was consistently adaptive to the complex and evolving needs of the product and clients we are serving. As well as adapting to our needs, Isabella was confident in pushing back in some areas to protect the integrity of the design and brand identity.
